Zvelto builds websites, commission-free ordering, reservations and AI insights for independent restaurants in Greece and the UK. We are a small company and we say so: Zvelto is running live at two Mandrakis locations in Athens, and we onboard the next ten personally.

The founders
Nick Foskolos
Co-founder & CEO
A business co-founder with deep strategic and commercial experience. Across his career, he has worked with Uber Eats (£80M+ per year), Kout Food Group (200+ Burger King & Pizza Hut stores) and launched 250+ delivery-focused venues. His experience spans 1,500+ sites and 30+ brands, including Pizza Express, Caffe Nero, Fireaway Pizza, Little Dessert Shop, Coco di Mama and The Big Table Group.
Manos Mandrakis
Co-founder & CTO
A technical co-founder with 10+ years shipping software, from hardware-in-the-loop test automation to restaurant technology through FastSiteLab (7 venues) and Zvelto's first live deployment at his family's two venues in Athens. Hospitality runs in the family, and he was already building toward a restaurant insights engine when he and Nick were introduced. He brings the engineering, product thinking and operator's eye to Zvelto.
Why Greece and the UK
Two home markets, one product built for both.
Zvelto's roots are Greek and the company is registered in London. That's not an accident of paperwork: it's the product strategy.
Greece
Manos is based in Athens and is a full-stack engineer and a second-time founder of a hospitality technology company. Zvelto's first design partners are two locations of his family's charcoal grill house, Mandrakis. We build alongside operators, based on their real orders.
The United Kingdom
Zvelto is registered in London and built for independent UK restaurants as well as Greek ones. UK customers get the same product, with prices shown in pounds.
Every feature ships bilingual (Greek + English) and every price shows in € or £. One product, two home markets, from day one.
Our design partner
Mandrakis: the two venues Zvelto is built with.
Mandrakis is a family charcoal grill house with two Athens locations, and Zvelto runs live at both: their menus, their orders and their dashboards. It is not a logo on a slide; it is where every feature gets tested against real dinner service before anyone else sees it.
When we say a feature is "available now", it means both Mandrakis locations have used it. When we say "early access", it is running there and we want another independent partner before we call it proven. When we say "coming", it does not exist yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
